Teacher Carol is the Principal of Roosevelt Extension Nursery school

Teacher Carol graduated from the Nursery School Teachers Training College in 1976 and has a National Teachers Diploma in Pre-Primary Education. With over 30years of teaching experience. Teacher Carol has a wealth of experience and will guide you through your child's development and pre-school years.

Teacher Sharon welcomes the youngest pupils to our school.

Teacher Sharon Lurie studied at professional childcare college and has 10 years teaching experience.

"I have a huge passion and really soft spot for the little children and have always known that working with children is my life's calling"

Teacher Faye studied through Professional Child Care College and has been
working with pre-school children for five years.

Teacher Faye says "I have a real passion for sharing everything I know with
the wonder that is the child's mind.

Teacher Elmarie Gibson has ten years teaching experience and has completed more than ten childhood developmental courses.

"Teaching is a great gift. I love children and I have a little girl of my own. Through children we can ignite again the child within us".

Lee-Anne is the school secretary and administrator and is usually the first point of contact with our nursery school.

Lee-Anne deals with the paperwork, Marketing, Finances, Co-ordinating events, and all those things that keep our school running smoothly.

Lee-Anne also attends to all first aid requirements.

Elias Mofokeng and his wife Maria Majakwane are our friendly maintenance and domestic staff members and they do a wonderful job of keeping our school looking great.
